New Survey Added

A new survey called One Thing to Change the World has been added. This survey asks you to select one thing from a list of four that you would prioritise to change the world and asks for a explanation of that particular choice.
Website Redesign
The Faith Survey website
has now moved to a 'responsive' design, which will display better on mobile devices such as tablets and phones.
